Practice Manager - Dental Practice

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to join our growing dental practice in Melbourne.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of the practice. You will work closely with our dentists, dental assistants and reception team to ensure the practice operates smoothly while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading, supporting and developing the practice team
* Managing day-to-day practice operations
* Staff rostering, performance and training
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding
* Monitoring practice KPIs and business performance
* Maintaining high standards of patient experience and service
* Ensuring compliance with relevant dental and workplace requirements
* Managing stock, suppliers and practice resources
* Supporting marketing, community engagement and practice growth
* Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiency and team performance
* Helping build a positive, respectful and supportive workplace culture
