Managing team rotas, holidays, sickness and staffing requirements

Recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members

Conducting regular one-to-ones, appraisals and performance reviews

Setting and monitoring team KPIs

Monitoring clinic performance, revenue, diary utilisation and operational efficiency

Working closely with Treatment Coordinators and reception teams to improve patient conversion and customer experience

Maintaining exceptional standards of patient care and customer service

Managing and resolving patient queries and complaints professionally

Ensuring excellent communication between both clinics and the wider team

Maintaining CQC compliance, policies, audits and regulatory requirements

Supporting clinic events, campaigns and new service launches

Helping the Directors identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency

Assisting with the planning and opening of future Face Teeth Smile locations

Helping create scalable processes so that standards remain consistent as the group grows
