At Family Health Centre, we pride ourselves on being a small, family-orientated general practice that provides high-quality, equitable care to our community. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team, due to retirement.

About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who enjoys working collaboratively and values building strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Hours: up to 0.7 FTE (negotiable)

We are looking for someone with:

* Current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate

* Previous Practice Nurse experience (preferred but not essential)

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Immunisation certification and smear taking qualification desirable (training can be provided)

* Knowledge and interest in long-term condition management

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced nurse or a new graduate nurse who is passionate about primary health care. You will be well supported to grow and develop your skills along the primary health care nursing pathway within a collaborative and caring environment.
