Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, screenings, and routine examinations
• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Support doctors and healthcare professionals during consultations and procedures
• Educate patients on health topics, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications to promote well-being
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
• Assist with vaccination programs, wound care, and other clinical duties as required
• Monitor patient progress and follow up on treatment plans to ensure optimal health outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or community healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
• Competency in medication administration, including injections and other treatments
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and support patients
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant nursing qualification or registration with the appropriate health regulatory body
• A proactive approach to healthcare delivery with attention to detail and safety standards

Pay: £30,400.00-£38,487.00 per year
