Practice Nurse - RN

We have a team of 3 Practice Nurses, 3.5 GP’s, a Practice Manager and 3 Receptionists. We have a vacancy for a Practice Nurse.

This position is for a Registered Practice Nurse for 32 hours per week.

The successful applicant will have:

• more than 2-3-years general practice nursing experience with broad clinical knowledge.

• the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.

• excellent teamwork and customer service.

• organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.

• have a current CPR Certificate, Vaccinators Certificate, Smear Taker Certificate (prefer) and proven experience in providing chronic care management to patients.

• a fluent grasp of the English language and the ability to communicate well and clearly with a variety of patients.

• Experience in Medtech 32/Evolution and Microsoft Office products.
