Job Title: Practice Support Assistant – Outbound Calls
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time and Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using the assigned patient dataset.
• Transfer and route calls to the relevant department or representative.
• Respond to patient queries based on provided training and information.
• Support appointment management after completing the required training.
• Make outreach calls to book and confirm follow-up appointments.
• Engage patients and identify relevant upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate call logs and patient documentation.
• Ensure professional call etiquette and compliance with required standards.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in US-based customer service or US BPO processes.
• Prior experience handling outbound calls for US customers; healthcare BPO experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
• Strong communication, patient handling, and call etiquette.
• Comfortable working in alignment with US time zones.
• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM tools, calling systems, email, and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
