Practitioner & Clinic Coordinator

Snatch & Glow is looking for a self-employed Practitioner & Clinic Coordinator to join our new Chelmsford location.

This is a dual role combining:

• Client coordination and front-of-house
• Sales and bookings
• Aesthetic treatments
• Clinic operations
• Training and development

You will play a key role in delivering a 5-star client experience while supporting clinic growth and revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesAesthetic Treatments

• Deliver treatments in line with your qualifications and insurance.
• Conduct consultations and obtain informed consent.
• Provide aftercare and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate treatment records.

Clinic Coordination

• Manage bookings (Treatwell, WhatsApp, CRM).
• Respond to enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
• Follow up with new and existing clients.
• Support daily clinic operations.

Sales & Targets

• Recommend treatments and packages.
• Upsell services and products.
• Work towards individual and clinic revenue targets.

Clinic Operations

• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and ready.
• Assist with stock management.
• Support the team with daily clinic flow.

Training & Development

• Conduct training sessions in line with Snatch & Glow standards and course structure.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical elements to students.
• Supervise and guide students during hands-on practical treatments.
• Ensure all training is delivered safely, professionally, and in line with protocols.
• Provide clear instruction, feedback, and ongoing support to students.
• Maintain accurate training records and student progress.
• Stay up to date with new treatments, techniques, and Snatch & Glow protocols.
• Participate in ongoing internal training and development.

Pay: £12.00 per hour
