Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves continuous monitoring, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of software applications. You will interact with different teams to maintain system stability and contribute to improving overall service quality through proactive problem-solving and detailed analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities and performance.

• Develop and implement best practices to improve support processes and system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills:

• Requirement Analysis and Design: Conduct comprehensive analysis and design of system requirements to align with business objectives and technical specifications.

• Develop and Test Enhancements: Implement and rigorously test system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.

• Programming: Utilize advanced programming languages and tools including Asp.Net, C#, Vb/Vb .Net, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), SQL, and Visual Studio IDE to develop robust software solutions.

• Task Completion: Manage and complete assigned tasks within specified timelines and budget constraints, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• 5 years of experience in supporting or maintaining Pragma Computer Automated Dispatch. Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pragma Computer Automated Dispatch.

• This position is based at our Manila office.
