PRDE ( Liquid cooling Systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management for liquid cooling systems, deeply understanding customer requirements and coordinating with the engineering department to provide customer solutions.

• Connect with US or other global R&D teams to obtain product information, including components, specifications, structural designs, and drawings.

• Communicate with different global factories to align on quality requirements, such as component specifications and parts design drawings with corresponding inspection requirements.

• Work with the sourcing and SQE teams for technical requirements transferring to local vendors or other internal departments.

• Lead the qualification and inspection requirements for components from local vendors.

• Support the sourcing and SQE teams in vendor qualification activities.

• Support the sourcing and SQE teams to supervise vendors on maintaining a stable and high-quality supply of components.

• Support customer service and resolve site issues during the after-sales stage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, not limited only to cooling and refrigeration majors.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in chillers or liquid cooling system development, with a strong willingness to work on management functions.

• Familiar with 2D/3D design software such as SolidWorks and Auto CAD, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English communication (CET 4 and above).

• Patient with strong communication skills, possessing good project management capabilities or strategic thoughts.

• Strong ability to withstand stress, highly self-motivated, and a good team player.
