🧠 About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager with an engineering background to support the development and delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role focuses on pre-construction site planning, design readiness, and technical due diligence for new data center regions. You’ll be part of a collaborative global strategy team working across design, energy, and real estate to ensure new sites are ready to move from planning to execution.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering due diligence efforts during data center site evaluation
• Manage the predesign phase of data center builds and deliver actionable documentation to internal design teams
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural stakeholders
• Evaluate high-voltage/medium-voltage substation designs in partnership with energy teams
• Analyze site layout strategies, infrastructure intercepts, and risk impact
• Support multiple concurrent U.S.-based projects
• Communicate clearly and escalate issues appropriately across technical and business teams

✅ Required Skills & Tools We are looking for candidates with strong technical and planning experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience in data center, infrastructure, or commercial/industrial design projects
• Strong background in land development and civil site planning
• Extensive experience with design management and multidisciplinary coordination
• Proven success leading pre-construction and site strategy phases
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
• Familiarity with Navisworks, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite
• Solid understanding of building codes and permitting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
