Pre Counsellor

The role

You will call students who have shown interest in studying abroad,

understand their plans, spot genuine interest and pass the right students to our Senior Counsellors for admissions. No

overseas education experience needed. We will train you.

Requirements:

• Call students who have enquired about studying abroad, using our cloud-calling platform
• Understand their course, country, budget and timeline in a friendly, simple conversation
• Qualify interested students using our pitch and framework
• Update the CRM and schedule follow-ups, then book virtual sessions with Senior Counsellors
• Learn about destinations and courses, and grow with regular training and feedback
• • Confident, clear speaker in the languages for your team
• • Positive and patient, even after unanswered calls or a no
• • A good listener who asks smart questions and builds rapport quickly
• • Happy to follow a structured process and take feedback
• • Disciplined, consistent and motivated by targets and incentives (telecalling or BPO experience is a plus)
