Make every drop of your potential count! Join Anglian Water’s Development Services team and play an important role in enabling sustainable growth across one of the UK’s fastest developing regions. Based within our Planning & Capacity team, this role sits at the point where development, infrastructure and environmental responsibility come together.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a logical and technical mindset to build commercial experience while contributing to work that directly shapes communities across the region in a sustainable and responsible way.

  • Provide clear, accurate advice to developers, consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Help identify appropriate and sustainable connection options
  • Support early understanding of potential reinforcement requirements
  • Contribute to planning responses that support housing growth and network resilience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across planning, operations and delivery teams

What does it take to be successful? We’re looking for someone with a solid technical foundation who enjoys learning, problem‑solving and working with customers as part of a collaborative team environment.
