Job Description:

• The employee will be responsible for the permitting process for all projects – zoning permits, building permits, approvals and other necessary related opinions

• Archiving of all documents related to CTPpark projects, including project documentation, samples of construction materials etc.

• Arrange the process of construction permits (zoning permits, building permits, approvals etc.) including securing the necessary statements from state authorities, preapartion of documents required for approvals

• securing contracts for easements and similar (in cooperation wih the legal department), securing entries into the land register

• spatial planning and necessary permits for certain projects, communication  with relevant authorities and other parties, such as owners of neighbouring land and real estate, representatives of municipal authorities

• communication with architects, designers who will prepare documentation for EIA, IPPC, zoning decisions, building permits for building and infrastructure

• communication with CTP team of designers and project managers who are responsible  for project implementation

• communication with clients during the project phase

• import of all relevant documents into the IT system

• close cooperation with the relevant senior project manager and head of the legal

• responsibility for permitting process

• management of external engineering staff in the region

• communication with external designers, internal design team, regional directors and project managers of individual buildings with  aim of preparing permit documentation

• checking the completeness of the project documentation before distributing it to the authorities
