You will work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum plans, support individual student needs, and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes growth and curiosity. Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities, lesson implementation, and educational support to foster a stimulating learning environment.
• Support children’s social-emotional development through positive behavior management and personalized attention.
• Help prepare classroom materials, organize learning centers, and ensure all supplies are ready for engaging lessons.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety and adherence to school policies.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans for diverse learners, including those with special needs or disabilities.
• Maintain open communication with parents and staff regarding student progress and classroom events.
• Support classroom routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and transitions to promote consistency and comfort for young children.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles, including literacy, math, behavior management, and preschool curriculum development.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members.
• Experience supporting children with special needs or disabilities is a plus.
• Technical proficiency in using educational tools or software is advantageous.
• Demonstrated commitment to child safety, patience, and nurturing care in a preschool or daycare setting.
