Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to injured clients throughout every stage of their claim
• Develop case strategies designed to maximize client recovery
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Meet regularly with clients to discuss case progress and legal options
• Build strong, trusting relationships through exceptional client communication
• Draft and review demand packages, settlement agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Analyze liability, damages, medical records, and supporting evidence
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to efficiently move cases forward
• Stay informed of changes in Massachusetts and federal laws affecting personal injury litigation
• Ensure every client receives exceptional representation and outstanding service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
• Active Massachusetts Bar license required

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience required
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases required
• Experience negotiating settlements with insurance carriers
• Ability to independently manage pre-litigation files from intake through resolution
