We're looking for a Prelitigation Case Manager who wants to be at the center of that mission. This isn't a desk where you push paper. What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a caseload of injured clients across South Louisiana — guiding them through the prelitigation process with clarity and genuine care
• Coordinate medical treatment and follow-up care, staying closely connected with providers to keep every client's recovery on track
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Communicate with insurance adjusters to establish coverage, confirm policy limits, and keep claims moving
• Track deadlines and case milestones so nothing ever slips through the cracks
• Help build strong, well-documented demand packages that set our attorneys up to secure the best possible outcome
• Keep our case management system accurate and up to date
• Partner closely with attorneys, fellow case managers, and support staff — this is a team sport, not a solo act
