What they need

OVERVIEW

As an Associate Attorney on Lowe Law Group's Case Management team, you'll own your own caseload from the first phone call to final resolution — not hand cases off, not share credit, but build real negotiation muscle – working on 80–100 at a time. We are a firm that measures success the way you do — by outcomes, not hours logged. This is a role for an attorney who wants more responsibility faster than a traditional firm would give them, and who's ready to be judged on results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Actively work a caseload of 80-100 personal injury claims from start to finish averaging 7-9 resolutions per month.

  • Develop legal strategies and oversee the implementation of effective tactics to maximize case value.

  • Provide excellent client service through regular communication that manages expectations, resolves concerns, and ensures an understanding of the case process.

  • Perform aggressive and informed negotiations with the aim of increasing case values.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing the practice of law.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, and documentation in accordance with firm policies and industry standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2-5 years experience as a personal injury attorney cases.

  • Driven work ethic, unwilling to settle for mediocrity.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school, required.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently resolve a high-volume caseload against clear monthly negotiation and resolution targets.

  • Demonstrated grit and metric accountability, consistent with Lowe Law Group's core values, managing a demanding caseload without sacrificing case quality or client care.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or Iowa — or able to obtain licensure via Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) score transfer within a reasonable timeframe.

PAY/BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401k plan with match, and paid time off.

  • Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the firm.

Lowe Law Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law.
