Pre-litigation Attorney

Pre-litigation Attorney | Los Angeles, CA | $130,000-$220,000/Annually + bonus and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from initial case evaluation through pre-litigation settlement.
• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and the overall value of personal injury claims.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress, medical treatment, settlement options, and next steps.

Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years of experience as an Attorney.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law, insurance claims, liability analysis, and settlement negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation, legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$220,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
