Pre-Litigation Attorney

The Champion Firm is looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our Woodstock office and represent people injured through someone else’s negligence.

We believe everyone deserves an advocate who fights tirelessly to secure justice and maximize the value of their case. Our attorneys work closely with clients, build cases with care and compassion, and pursue outcomes that reflect each client’s needs, not just a quick resolution.

What you’ll do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or referral to litigation.
• Build strong, responsive relationships with clients and keep them informed about their cases.
• Investigate liability and damages, identify issues that may affect case value, and develop case strategy.
• Review medical records, bills, insurance coverage, and other evidence.
• Work with clients, medical providers, insurers, and the firm’s case team to move matters forward.
• Prepare and present settlement demands and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
• Evaluate offers with clients and advise them about their options.
• Collaborate on case strategy.
• Identify cases that require litigation and coordinate an effective transition to the litigation team.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines.

What we’re looking for

• Admission to the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Personal injury experience is preferred.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and case evaluation skills.
• Clear, compassionate communication with clients.
• Sound judgment, organization, and accountability.
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality client service.
