Pre-owned Car Coordinator

Purpose of the Job

To facilitate the overall turnaround time from sourcing to selling, in order to achieve monthly used car targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate used car stock reconditioning, including repairs, detailing, and mechanical checks
• Arrange logistics for vehicle movements between workshops, storage, and sales locations
• Monitor and update vehicle status throughout the preparation process
• Maintain and update company websites accurate with vehicle descriptions, photos, pricing, and status
• Track and resolve delays or issues affecting vehicle readiness
• Manage logistics for imported used cars, including shipping and delivery coordination
• Arrange and track licensing, registration, and compliance documentation for imported vehicles
• Ensure the overall process fulfil internal policies and Principal’s audit requirements
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support smooth operations
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• Experience in automotive, used car operations, logistics, or related coordination roles preferred
• Possess of Hong Kong valid driving license no. 1 & 2 is required
• Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multitask
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
