What You'll Be Doing

As a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the complete sales journey from enquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Following up enquiries and creating opportunities through proactive customer engagement
• Working closely with our finance and aftermarket teams to maximise customer outcomes
• Consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets
• Contributing to a positive and professional team environment
• Maintaining strong product and market knowledge

What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping customers.

You will ideally have:

• Previous vehicle sales experience
• A current QLD Motor Salesperson Licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, resilient and results-driven mindset
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A current manual driver's licence
