TW Custom Branding ships 500+ orders a month for sports teams, fan merch and corporate clients across North America. We're woman-owned, growing fast and we like to have fun.

The Role
Co-Lead our production floor. Lead Pressing, Embroidery, Receiving and Signs. Report to our Director of Operations.

What You'll Do

• Run the daily schedule
• Get orders out on time
• Lead and train the team
• Own quality control
• Handle rush orders and problems
• Keep the shop clean and safe
• Track output and reprints

What You Bring

• 2+ years leading production
• DTF, heat press or embroidery a plus
• Calm under pressure
• Organized and detail-driven
• A coach, not a boss
• Good with computers (ShopVox a bonus)
• Can lift [50] lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
