About the Role We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners (Nursery/LKG/UKG) in a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons covering language, numeracy, motor skills, and social development
• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Use play-based and activity-based learning methods
• Monitor and record each child's developmental progress
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth
• Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene standards
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training

Requirements

• Qualification: 12th pass minimum; Diploma/Degree in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) / B.Ed preferred
• Experience: Freshers welcome; 1–3 years' experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English an added advantage)
• Patience, creativity, and genuine love for working with young children
• Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping

Salary: As per experience

Pay: ₹9,792.24 - ₹25,000.00 per month
