Position: Pre-Primary Teacher
Location: The Quantium School, Mokila
Curriculum: Cambridge

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, activity-based learning experiences.
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development.
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe and assess students’ progress and maintain appropriate records.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ development and progress.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and other school staff to support students’ overall development.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and Cambridge early-years practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education / Early Childhood Education or a relevant qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Years teaching.
• Experience in a Cambridge or international school will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about working with young children.
