Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should be able to create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young children while supporting their overall academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities for Pre-Primary students.

• Create a warm, safe, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.

• Teach concepts through play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.

• Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.

• Maintain regular records of student progress and classroom activities.

• Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.

• Use stories, rhymes, music, art, games, and hands-on activities to make learning interesting.

• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain discipline in a positive manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, B.Ed., or a relevant field.

• Prior experience in Pre-Primary / Kindergarten / Early Years teaching is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good classroom management and activity-planning skills.

• Ability to use innovative and child-friendly teaching methodologies.
