Job Summary We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners and supporting their overall academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG students.
• Develop engaging lesson plans using play-based and activity-based learning methods.
• Teach foundational concepts such as language, numeracy, general awareness, and basic life skills.
• Encourage children's creativity through art, craft, music, storytelling, rhymes, and role play.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's learning, behaviour, and developmental progress.
• Maintain proper records of student attendance, activities, and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's development and classroom activities.
• Ensure classroom resources and teaching materials are well maintained.
• Encourage good manners, discipline, independence, sharing, and social skills among children.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, workshops, and other activities.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree with a Montessori / ECCE / NTT / D.Ed. / B.Ed. qualification preferred.
• Prior experience working with Pre-Primary students will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient, caring, and approachable personality.
• Ability to engage young children through creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Basic knowledge of child development and early childhood education.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Experience 1–5 years of relevant experience in a reputed school preferred.
