Pre-Production Preparation Analyst (Bill of material and Database Control)

About the Role

As a Pre-Production Preparation Analyst, you will be responsible for managing Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and database control. In this role, you will oversee source code setup, coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECN) across cross-functional teams and external suppliers, maintain structural BOM parts, and ensure high data integrity across all procurement and in-house parts records.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source Code Management: Set up source codes when new parts are introduced and manage source code status changes.
• ECN Coordination: Coordinate Engineering Change Notices with plant cross-functional teams and suppliers, including maintaining effective system implementation dates.
• BOM & Structure Maintenance: Update and maintain Bill of Materials part structures in response to ECN modifications and program requirements.
• Database & Master Data Control: Maintain accurate data for procurement and in-house parts, including lead times, pattern times, lot sizes, and supply locations.
• Data Auditing & Reporting: Review and audit system reports to verify part accuracy and ensure data references align precisely with the active BOM.
• New Program Preparation: Establish new model structure parts and setup master information within program timelines.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline processes and shorten overall ECN lead times.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Core Knowledge:

  • Minimum 0-1 Year of experience relates.
  • Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) management and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) workflows.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerPoint).
