Pre-Project Coordinator - Clinical Labeling

CCL Clinical Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Pre-Project Coordinator to support the development of cost estimates and quotations for custom clinical labeling projects within the pharmaceutical industry. This role serves as a key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring project requirements are accurately assessed and efficiently communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed preliminary cost estimates and quotations based on customer study requirements.
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify project specifications and gather all information necessary to support accurate quoting.
• Determine label sizes using technical drawings and specifications.
• Review inventory availability and identify material requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Material Management, Design, Project Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and quotations for tracking and future reference.
• Generate and maintain preliminary cost estimate reports to support the sales team.
• Ensure all customer labeling requirements are accurately captured and communicated internally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, customer service, or a related pharmaceutical services environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
