Pre-Roll Production Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Pre-Roll Production team. This role focuses on the preparation, assembly, and packaging of pre-roll products while maintaining high quality standards and compliance with company policies and state regulations. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, follows processes closely, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for pre-roll production
• Accurately weigh and fill pre-rolls according to product specifications
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance standards
• Package and label finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Complete production tracking and required documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required state credentials or licensing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous production, manufacturing, or packaging experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movement
• Comfortable working in a production environment with strong odors

Pay: $17.00 per hour
