Pre-Sales Assistant forwarding

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Assistant to support our team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and assisting with day-to-day pre-sales activities in the cargo forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and requests.
• Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding shipment and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, inquiries, and client information.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Pre-Sales team.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in a course related to Logistics, Import/Export, Customs, or Freight Forwarding
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or internship experience are welcome to apply.
