PRE-SALES Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Convert marketing & channel leads into confirmed site visits
  • Qualify leads and ensure quick, effective responses
  • Nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups
  • Improve visit show-up and attendance ratios
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and lead tracking
  • Coordinate with Closing Managers for seamless customer handovers
  • Support the sales team in maximizing conversion opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and customer engagement abilities
Lead qualification / pre-sales experience preferred
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Comfortable working with CRM and lead management systems
