About the role
Pre-sales Consultant is responsible for identifying clients and their needs regarding the customization of software systems, conducting product demonstrations and explaining complex technical concepts to prospective clients, preparing proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field
- Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing
- Strong technical understanding of software solutions, such as HRIS system or enterprise application
- Experience in IT service or same industry would be a point plus
