Pre-Sales Coordinator / Proposal Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Own the pre-sales cycle from requirement intake to final proposal delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Architects, COE, Data Architects, and Data Engineering teams.
• Develop customer-specific proposals, solution decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Review and quality-check deliverables before leadership/customer submission.
• Maintain pre-sales trackers, opportunity status, owners, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Support customer call preparation, research, talking points, and case studies.
• Maintain pre-sales templates and asset library.

Required

• 36 years in Pre-Sales, Proposal Development, Bid Management, or Sales Operations in IT Services/Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IT proposal structure, RFP/RFI, scope, approach, pricing, timelines, and differentiators.
• Business-level understanding of Data, Cloud, BI, Analytics, and AI/ML.
• Excellent written communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, or BI Tools.
• Onshore-Offshore team experience.
• Experience in IT Services marketing content such as one-pagers, solution briefs, and case studies.
