Pre-Sales Engineer (CCTV/Security Solutions)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product pre-sales support to sales teams, system integrators, partners, and customers based on project requirements.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable Dahua products, system configurations, and technical solutions for different applications and projects.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and technical discussions with customers and partners.
• Prepare and review technical proposals, product specifications, BOM/BOQ, system designs, and other technical documentation required for projects and bidding.
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Solutions, Product, and Technical Support teams throughout the pre-sales and project development process.
• Provide product training and technical enablement to internal sales teams, distributors, system integrators, and customers while supporting new product launches.
• Monitor market requirements, competitor products, and technology trends, and provide feedback to support product positioning and development in the Philippine market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, ECE, or a related technical field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support, preferably in CCTV, security, ICT, ELV, or system integration.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV/IP surveillance, networking, access control, VMS, AI-enabled security products, or related technologies.
• Strong presentation, communication, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and sales teams.
• Customer-oriented and willing to conduct site visits, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and field support as required.
