Pre Sales Engineer

Job Requirements :

·       Minimal Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT and/or marketing management

·       Having working experience in Internet Service Provider industry at least 3 years

·       Knowledge of customer business processes  & project business case

·       Ability to have a business-oriented vision

·       Ability to read RFP

·       Skills and knowledge required to prepare and present tenders or proposals

·       Negotiation skill

·       Having strong customer communication skills, good interpersonal

·       Dynamic, active, hardworking and target oriented

·       Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skill and presentable

·       Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

·       Good medical record

·       Excellent interpersonal relationship building, presentation and conversational skill

·       Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Job Descriptions :

·       Understand and determine the client's technical requirements and provide them with solutions tailored to their specific needs.

·       Suggest appropriate and effective solutions based on the clients' identified technical needs.

·       Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.

·       Build lasting relationships with customers.

·       Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.

·       Helping the sales team to reach targets.

·       Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time

·       Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.

·       Pre- and Post-Sales support for products including design, technical advice, and point of contact.

·       Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC) to customers.
