Pre-Sales Engineer

• Collaborate closely with account managers and sales team
• Provide technical consultation and support during the sales cycle
• Participate in sales meeting, client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions
• Assist in developing technical responses for bids, tenders, RFQs, RFPs
• Design telecom solutions based on customer needs (Internet and Data Connectivity, MPLS/SD-WAN, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Data Center Services, Network Infrastructure)
• Coordinate with different team (Engineering, Operations, and Sales)
• Support post-sales handover activities to ensure smooth project implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineer, ECE, and any technical related course
• Licensed EE or ECE is an advantage but not required
• At least 1 year of experience in telecom, pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering but fresh graduates with strong presentation skills can be considered.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
