Pre-Sales Engineer

What You Will Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Engineering or related roles.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willing to support customer meetings and pre-sales activities.

What You Will Do

• Support Pre-Sales in executing technical requirements and solution designs.
• Execute technical tasks and solutions based on Pre-Sales requirements and direction.
• Prepare technical documentation, configurations, and testing based on project needs.
• Assist in product demos, technical testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indonesia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT Engineering or related roles: 1 year (Preferred)
