Position Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to support our cybersecurity and networking solutions in Costa Rica. This role will work closely with the sales team during technical meetings, demos, and POCs with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical discovery and customer meetings.
• Conduct product demos and technical presentations.
• Design and support POCs .
• Understand customer network and security environments.
• Recommend solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Pre-Sales, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Solutions Engineering .
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
• Experience with enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with SASE, ZTNA, SWG, Zero Trust, or telecom environments is a plus.
