Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsibilities And Duties

• Work on integrated maintenance projects, FTTH installation and maintenance, and regional network maintenance for telecommunications operators and service providers.
• Monitor and support the entire integrated maintenance workflow for telecommunications operators, including service request intake, resource verification, work order dispatch, field installation, service activation, acceptance, work order closure, fault repair, and customer follow-up.
• Work with Optical Distribution Networks (ODN), supporting fiber network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers’ Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and project teams, reporting service performance, clarifying requirements, and coordinating problem resolution.
• Identify installation and maintenance needs, including fiber network maintenance and technical support, and contribute to the development of service solutions.
• Prepare reports, performance indicators, and presentations on service performance for customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with the company’s international teams, including headquarters, through meetings, reports, and communications in English.
• Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the quality of delivered services.
• Support the continuous improvement of maintenance, customer service, and work order management processes.

Requisitos e qualificações Requirements And Qualification

• Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory). The position requires daily communication in English with international teams, including meetings, reports, and technical discussions.
• Experience working with telecommunications operators or service providers, particularly in integrated maintenance projects, FTTH installation and maintenance, or regional network maintenance.
• Knowledge of operators’ integrated maintenance workflows, including service requests, work orders, service activation, acceptance, fault repair, and post-service support.
• Knowledge of Optical Distribution Networks (ODN).
• Knowledge of FTTH technologies and PON networks, particularly GPON/XG(S)-PON.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to report results and conduct technical discussions.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving-oriented mindset.
• Availability for meetings, customer visits, and on-site activities as required by the position.
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Informações adicionais Preferred Qualifications

• Experience configuring OLT and ONU/ONT equipment.
• Experience locating optical faults and using tools such as OTDR and optical power meters.
• Experience in work order management or working in Network Operations Centers (NOC) or Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams.
• Experience in network maintenance projects for major telecommunications operators.
• Experience working for multinational companies or telecommunications equipment and solutions providers.
