Pre-sales Engineer – Kubernetes (Remote/WFH)

Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, training, and on-site support during customer trials and evaluations.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop suitable technical solutions and proposals.
• Prepare technical documentation, including project proposals, bid documents, test reports, and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues and act as the technical communication bridge between customers and internal teams.
• Gather customer and market feedback to support product development and collaborate with partners on technical solutions and activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge or experience in Kubernetes, container platforms, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in IT, cloud computing, Internet, infrastructure, pre-sales, R&D, or technical operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with mainstream cloud computing technologies and related products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, technical, product, and R&D teams.
• Willing to travel to client sites in Indonesia when required.

Work Arrangement

This is a third-party contract position. The role is primarily Remote / Work From Home, with occasional client-site visits required.
