What they need
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and support during the sales cycle
- Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions
- Assist in developing technical responses for bids, tenders, RFQs, RFPs
- Design telecom solutions based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with different teams (Engineering, Operations, and Sales).
- Support post-sales handover activities to ensure smooth project implementation
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineer, ECE, and any technical related course
- At least 1 year of experience in telecom, pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Licensed ECE is an advantage but not required
