Pre-Sales Engineer/Technical Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Pre-Sales Engineer/Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. In this role, you will bridge technical knowledge and business growth by assisting clients, local partners, and internal teams with PV and energy storage solution designs, technical presentations, and on-site support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Technical & Solution Support

• Provide technical consultations, solution designs, and pre-sales assistance to prospective clients, partners, and business development teams.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Solar PV and Energy Storage System (ESS) products and applications.

2. Technical Presentations & Training

• Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients, local partners, and internal staff.

• Translate complex technical details, system solutions, and product advantages into easy-to-understand concepts for various audiences.

• Develop high-quality training materials, product sheets, and technical documentation as needed.

3. On-Site Support & Client Relations

• Travel locally on an irregular basis to conduct on-site technical visits, product presentations, and hands-on training across the Philippines.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through dedicated service, effective problem-solving, and ongoing support.

4. Cross-Functional & Cross-Border Collaboration

• Act as the key technical bridge between local teams, international clients, and headquarters.

• Facilitate smooth technical and business communications to align system offerings with local market demands.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of pre-sales technical support experience in the Solar PV, Energy Storage System (ESS), or broader New Energy sector.

• Strong understanding of the basic principles, technical specs, and application scenarios of PV and energy storage systems. Experience in project solution design or technical support is preferred.

• Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present technical solutions clearly and confidently, with bonus points for experience in developing training materials or live product demonstrations.

• Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English or Filipino (both written and verbal) to collaborate smoothly with international headquarters and local clients.

• Willingness and ability to travel locally on an irregular basis for client site visits, meetings, and events.

• Strong sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.

What We Offer:

Competitive compensation package of ₱28,000 probationary rate; ₱33,000 upon regularization.
