Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident Pre-Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads received through different marketing channels.
• Make outbound calls and respond to incoming customer enquiries.
• Understand the customer's budget, location, property requirement, configuration and investment objective.
• Explain project details including location, configuration, pricing, payment plans, amenities and offers.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine/serious prospects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work with CRM and maintain proper lead records.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Candidate Profile

Freshers: Can apply if they have good communication skills and a strong willingness to work in sales.

Experienced Candidates: 13 years of experience in pre sale, telecalling, inside sales, banking, insurance, hospitality or other customer-facing sales roles preferred.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
