• Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand GOLS HRTech and eLearning solutions.
• Support the sales team in prospecting, lead qualification and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Understand prospect requirements and help identify suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for sales-related requirements.
• Maintain and update prospect/opportunity details in the CRM.
• Work on real business opportunities and named accounts.
• Gradually take ownership of customer conversations and accounts.

What Were Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in communicating with prospects and customers.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales would be an advantage.
• Exposure to HRTech, SaaS, EdTech or eLearning is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Freshers with the right attitude and interest in building a sales career are welcome.
