Pre-Sales Executive (Cybersecurity)

• Provide technical pre-sales support for a range of cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Understand customers’ business and security requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop technical proposals and solution recommendations.
• Design and present cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements and existing IT environments.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions where required.
• Collaborate with OEM/vendor pre-sales teams to position the most suitable solutions for customers.
• Assist with technical requirements for tenders, quotations and proposals.
• Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity technologies, products and industry trends.
• Provide technical clarification and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Min 2 years experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure or technical pre-sales preferred
• Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, endpoint security, network security, SIEM, IAM or related technologies.
• Salary: Up to MYR 8,000
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm
• Working Location: KL Sentral
