Pre-Sales Executive (IT Infrastructure)

• Provide technical pre-sales support for servers, storage, virtualization, and networking solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable infrastructure solutions.
• Design and propose solutions based on customers’ technical requirements, budgets, and existing IT environments.
• Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Engage with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners on solution design, product specifications, pricing, and the latest technologies.
• Support tender/RFP/RFQ submissions by preparing technical specifications and compliance documentation.
• Assist with Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities and solution evaluations when required.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in server, storage, virtualization, cloud, and networking technologies.
• Provide technical handover and support to the implementation/project team after successful sales closure.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in infrastructure pre-sales, system integration, infrastructure engineering, or a related role.

• Good knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, and networking technologies.

• Familiarity with major OEM solutions such as HPE, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, VMware/Broadcom, Nutanix, Cisco, Huawei is an added advantage

• Salary: Up to MYR 8,000

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm

• Working Location: KL Sentral
