Pre-Sales / Field Application Engineer for Korea

该职位来源于猎聘 Overview: As a Pre-Sales/FAE professional, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and solutions to potential clients. You'll work closely with customers and channel partners to understand their needs and demonstrate how the data storage solutions align with those requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of RAID data storage products, including hardware, software, and solutions. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the data storage field.

Pre-Sales Support: Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to propose suitable storage solutions that address customer needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific customer needs.

Solution Design: Develop customized storage solutions based on client requirements, ensuring compatibility and scalability. Assist in the creation of proposals, technical documentation, and presentations for clients. Perform a Proof of Concept (PoC) and recommend best practices to the customer.

Customer Engagement: Act as a technical liaison between the customer and the company, addressing technical queries and providing post-sales support. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. Assist in organizing marketing events and partner roadshows.

Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for internal sales teams, educating them about new products, features, and technical aspects. Provide ongoing technical support to the sales team and clients during and after the implementation phase. Address escalated issues through troubleshooting and collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions. Requirements: Fluent in Korean Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of data storage technologies, RAID configurations, SAN/NAS/DAS solutions, and cloud storage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Willingness to travel and work in collaboration with sales teams and customers on-site.
