What they need
- Handle and respond to leads received through various channels such as calls, digital platforms, campaigns, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and purchase intent.
- Provide accurate information about projects, configurations, pricing, amenities, location, and payment plans.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying potential.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers and the Sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions.
- Update lead details, interactions, follow-ups, and status accurately in CRM.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience.
- Track and report lead status, follow-up activities, site visits, and conversions.
- Address basic customer queries and coordinate with relevant internal teams for complex queries.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ongoing projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and competitors.
