What they need
- We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Solution Architect to help customers design and deploy next-generation AI infrastructure using the Mirantis k0rdent platform in the French speaking areas of Europe
- In this role, you will work closely with our European enterprise customers, platform engineering teams, and AI practitioners to architect solutions that enable scalable AI workloads, modern developer platforms, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- You will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging customer requirements, business outcomes, and Mirantis technology
- Customer Engagement:
- Partner with account teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, AI, and platform engineering needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, platform teams, and AI engineering leaders
- Solution Architecture:
- Design AI infrastructure architectures using Mirantis k0rdent and open-source ecosystem technologies
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Kubernetes-based platform solutions
- Develop reference architectures and deployment patterns for AI workloads
- Technical Evangelism:
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops
- Represent Mirantis at conferences, technical events, and industry communities
- Create technical content, demos, and solution patterns that accelerate adoption
- Proof of Concept & Validation:
- Lead customer proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution fit
- Prototype deployments of AI workloads and developer platforms
- Demonstrate operational workflows for AI infrastructure and MLOps
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams
- Provide field insights that influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Help build reusable architectures and technical assets- Experience supporting enterprise sales for cloud-native or infrastructure platforms
- Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes-based systems
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French speaking countries in Europe
- GitOps workflows
- Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, or similar frameworks
- AI/ML deployment pipelines
- Model serving and inference platforms
- AI Infrastructure & MLOps
- Container orchestration
- DevOps & Observability
- On-prem infrastructure
- Platform Engineering
- CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as code
- Hybrid cloud
- Multi-cluster management
- AWS, Azure, GCP
- Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
- Helm, Operators, CRDs
- Cloud Native Infrastructure
- Kubernetes
- GPU-accelerated workloads
- Strong expertise in several of the following areas:
- Monitoring and observability platforms
- Infrastructure automation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
- Ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Hands-on technical curiosity and experimentation
- Passion for open source and emerging infrastructure technologies
- Strong consultative mindset and customer empathy
- CNCF ecosystem experience
- AI infrastructure or MLOps platform experience
- Kubernetes or cloud certifications
- Open source community participation
