Pre Sales / Solution Engineer (Singapore-based)

We are looking for a Pre-Sales / Solution Engineer to support our sales team in developing and delivering technical solutions for customers.

You will act as the technical bridge between our customers and sales team, understanding customer requirements and translating them into practical and commercially viable engineering solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand customers' technical requirements and project specifications.
• Work closely with the Sales team to develop suitable technical solutions for customers.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, specifications, BOMs and quotations.
• Provide technical consultation and support throughout the pre-sales process.
• Conduct site visits, technical discussions and surveys when required.
• Respond to customers' technical enquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Keep up to date with relevant products, technologies and industry developments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical engineering role is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good presentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
